Small Mechanization

Machines and equipment of so-called small mechanization are included into a group of manual tools with a hydraulic or pneumatic drive. Tools with a pneumatic drive are powered by compressed air from a central distribution network of the mine or from a mobile mining compressor. Hydraulic tools are powered by stationary hydraulic aggregates or mobile machines and equipment, such as suspended monorail mining locomotives and manipulators.

In the range of small mechanization, Ferrit offers impact wrenches, nut cutters, manual drills, bolt drills, pick hammers, sludge pumps, chain cutters, band and chain saws, and more. Manual tools can be interconnected to the power source by eco quick-couplers. Small mechanization is included in the mining rescuers' equipment.
