New panting line

In April 2006, the company FERIT, s.r.o. put into full operation a new panting line, which will ensure surface treatment of products in the top quality.
Construction of the hall designed for this technology was commenced in October 2005. In December, the construction work was completed, the technological equipment installation was commenced at the beginning of the year and trial operation was started consequently. The complete technology for application and drying of liquid paint materials (i.e. a decreasing cabin, painting box, drying box and waste water treatment plant) was supplied by the company Galatek from Ledeč nad Sázavou. The investment in the amount of 6 million Czech crowns enabled construction of a modern workplace with minimum impacts on the environment (e.g. due to use of water-borne paints).
The European Fund for Regional Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade participated in financing this project.
