Quality and EMS politics

 

Ferrit is engaged in the production and delivery of mining machinery and equipment, including provision of services. With an aim to fully satisfy our customers’ requirements, maintain and increase quality of our products and services in accordance to requirements regarding environment protection, we are publishing this Quality and Environmental Management System Politics with the belief that it will be accepted by our employees, business partners and other interested parties. The quality and EMS politics in accordance with requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, it results from the overall strategy of the company and belongs among main priorities of our company.

Management of Ferrit strives to:
1. satisfy the needs and expectations of customers in the framework of effective and efficient fulfillment of all quality parameters in all phases of business cases realization, minimization of environmental impacts in accordance with requirements of legal regulations and other potential environmental requirements;

2. deliver reliable products corresponding to the current status of scientific and technological knowledge;

3. anticipate, by means of preventing pollution, origination of extraordinary situations that could negatively influence the environment or health of employees;

4. make a creative working environment for the successful realization of strategic aims of the company to gain such a position on the market witch would lead to maintenance of up-to-date position on domestic and foreign markets;

5. use and continually improve quality management and environmental management systems on all levels of management with participation and use of all employees’ abilities with the purpose to fulfill intentions and aims;

6. effectively use energy and materials and hence contribute to saving natural resources

7. educate and motivate employees to acquire   necessary knowledge in the areas of quality management and environmental management, to increase environmental knowledge and promote obligations determined in this Quality and Environmental Management System Politics;

8. take preventive measures in regard of fulfilment of effective feedback, use of objective information and timely analysis of causes for current and potential unwanted statuses and their impacts;

9. support the establishment of quality management and environmental management systems for our suppliers with the aim of continuous improvement of supplied products;

10. focus on effective and efficient fulfilment of all quality parameters regarding realized business cases in all phases of realization, including meeting of legislative requirements on safety, environmental protection, reliability of supplied products and prevention of pollution;

11. earmark suitable and sufficient sources for fulfilment of this Quality and Environmental Management System Politics;

12. evaluate fulfilment of the Quality and Environmental Management System Politics, quality targets, environmental targets, and target values in accordance with the needs and expectations of our employees, customers and the public with the aim of continuous improvement.
