Mining ropeway for personal transport - DLDOXF-XX
Mining ropeway for personal transport is determined for dual parallel transport of workers in direct mining lots with balanced, eventually also variable dip. Max local dip cannot be more than 0 ÷ 40°. Passenger-carriage railway can be use only if in the mining lot if is not operating also any other transport equipment.
Mining ropeway for personal transport is attended for carrying workers sitting on a seat fixed to a transport suspension pulled never ending cable from a final station to a divide station, eventually final station. Maximal transport speed is 1,4 m/s. Mining ropeway for personal transport is defined with easy construction with horizontally placed cables reels, which one is driving and other on opposite finish returnable and also tension. Fixed connection set carrier with cable allow cope with considerable dips without dangerous of slipping. With aspect of fixed selected distance of sets on the cable, have also permanent high transport operation. Mining ropeway for personal transport is equipped with two brakes, operational and security, which can be either airy or electro hydraulic. Mining passenger-carriage railway is producing in different modifications of engine output (22 to 55 kW) and different available size of carriage railway according to customer requirement.
Mining ropeway for personal transport is possible use in surroundings with danger of methane and carbon dust explosion to degree SNM according to § 232 decree ČBÚ no. 22/1989 Sb. in wording to later regulations. According to decree European parliament and Council EU 94/9/ES machinery is arranged in group „I“ and category M2. Mining ropeway for personal transport matches requirements direction of European parliament and Council EU 94/9/ES. Electric equipment matches requirements stated in direction of Council 2006/95/ES.
