Set of cabins for personal transport - DZK20F, DZK20FN
Mining suspended cabins DZK20F and DZK20FN has been designed for passenger transport on the monorail suspended track in mine with minimal tunnel profile 8m2 and maximal track gradient up to 25°.
Cabin sets can be used only on the track with maximal gradient approved for used traction vehicle. The traction vehicle is recommended to use suspended locomotive of approved type and also to use hydraulic transport equipment NZH2/4 P2 and carrying truck NV5 . The cabins has been designed as a weldment from hollow sections with longitudial placed benches.
Mining suspended cabins DZK20F and DZK20FN and its sets can be used in environment with danger of methane and carbon dust explosion to degree SNM 2 according to § 232 decree CBÚ č. 22/1989 Sb. In wording to later regulations. According to the degree of the government č. NV 23/2003 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) machinery is arranged in group „I“ and category M2. The equipment matches the requirements NV 176/2008 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
