Flameproof alternator - NAF28V/7A
Flameproof alternator type NAF24V/7A is destined as source of electric current for mining suspending and railway locomotives, eventually for other mining machines.
Alternator NAF28V/7A is electric equipment in flameproof enclosure. Alternator is powered through the belt gear from the outside power equipment, e.g. combustion engine. It is furnished with flameproof bushing PNV32 for power lead cable induction and with fixing consoles for gripping alternator to machine. Flameproof alternator NAF28v/7A is multipole generator with self exciting with remanent magnetization. Rectifier diode pack and control unit are parts of alternator, which provide constant output voltage.
Alternator NAF28V/7 is allowed to operate in spaces with dangerous of explosion of methane and dust coal with accordance to EN 1127-2. Alternator is equipment of group I category M2 according to direction No. 94/9/EC and NV 23/2003 of digest. When the concentration of methane is upper than 1, 5% alternator is not allowed to operate.
Alternator must be located in covered part of machine, whom is part of.
