Mine support bender - ODP6
Bending machine is for bending or stocking mining profiled underlay which is used for shrouding of mining drift-waives for asked radius greater than 1,5 m. It is designed for bending and stocking spatially crooked profiles too.
Bending machine consists of main parts. Bottom part with gear apparatus and working part with profiled pulleys. Electric motor supports drive of gear apparatus. Profiled pulley with adjustable distance between axes are driven by tooth wheels of gear apparatus. Free pulleys are adjustable and make possible bend and stow profiles to asked radius. Pre-set of pulleys is implemented by endless screws.
Bending machine may be used in surroundings with danger of methane and carbon dust explosion to degree SNM 2 according to § 232 decree CBÚ č. 22/1989 digest in wording to later regulations ranging from temperature -20° to +40°C. According to the decree of the government č. NV 23/2003 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) machinery is arranged in group “I” and category M2. Locomotive matches the requirements NV 176/2008 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
