Universal roadheading machine - PSU9000
Roadheading machine is designed for ripping of drift-way, recovering and enlargementing of drift-way and for loading stones to mining wagon or to other kind of transportation equipment or can be used for breaking of rock by hydraulic hammer.
Roadheading machine moves after crawler belts. Separate drive is electrohydraulic, incoming supply of electric motor is going from tha hall contactor through the trailing cable. Machine service operator sitting at work on the seat of attendant´s place in the middle part of the machine. It can be supplied in various modifications to the voltage, and it 500V, 660V, 1000V and 1140V.
Roadheading machine consist of these principal construction totalities:
- crawler underbody with electric equipment (by special order it possible deliver underbody with amplified conveyor belt)
- mechanism of loading shovel, dinting shovel or mechanism of hammerlock (mechanism of dinting shovel and mechanism of hammerlock can be delivered with classic or telescopic arm with two kinds of cramping shovel or hammerlock and its classical or quick chucking).
- covering
- accessories for lagging and filling places between mining stones and steel reinforcement.
Roadheading machine may be used in all environments involving hazards of methane explosion according to ČSN EN 1127-2. It may be used at collieries which are sufferer by the coal-mining or the mines which are prone to blow-out in environments involving hazards of methane and coal dust explosion to degree SNM2 according to § 232 decree ČBÚ No. 22/1989 Sb. In wording to later regulations. According to the degree of the government No. NV 23/2003 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 94/9/ES) machinery is arranged in group I and category M2. The Roadheading machine mathech the requirement NV 176/2008 Sb. (direction of European parliament and Council EU 2006/42/ES).
