Electro-hydraulic manipulator - ŠA-MAN-01
Electro-hydraulic manipulator type ŠA-MAN-01 is tractive means determined for assistant manipulation with trip sets on monorail hanging railway profile I 155 in horizontal plane in cant to 30 degree.
In particular it can be used at forefield and centers of underground mines. The construction is formed by electro-hydraulic drive with slow-running engine and hydraulic unit. The electromotor in flameproof design caters to drive of hydraulic unit. The cable for motor supply is hung on steel wire on storage tows and the cable is towed behind the machine at work. Hydraulic unit can drive own manipulator, hoisting unit, machinery for perforating aperture for bolts or other instruments of small mechanization.
Electro-hydraulic manipulator may be used in surroundings with danger of methane and carbon dust explosion according to ČSN EN 1127-2 (to degree SNM 2 according to § 232 decree ČBÚ (Czech mining office board) No. 22/1989 device in wording to later regulations). According to the Czech Government Regulation No. NV 23/2003 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) machinery is arranged in group “I” and category M2. Electro hydraulic manipulator matches the Czech Government Regulation No. NV 176/2008 (direction of European parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
