Hydraulic transport vehicle - TZH8/16
The TZH8/16-type hydraulic transport vehicle, hereafter referred to as a transport vehicle, is used for handling and transport of burdens along a monorail I155-profile track in a horizontal plane and slants up to 25°.
A suspension locomotive of an approved type is recommended to be used as both a traction vehicle and a source of pressure oil.
TZH8/16 may be used in environments involving hazards of methane and coal dust explosion up to the degree SNM2 according to § 232 of the Decree of the Czech Mining Office no. 22/1989 Coll., as amended. According to the Government Order No. of GO 23/2003 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) the equipment is ranked within the group I., category M2 and meets all requirements of GO 176/2008 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
The TZH8/16 transport vehicle consists of two TZH8 transport vehicles connected by a connecting rod. It is designed as a closed girder with a hydraulic cylinder placed inside, fitted with a hydraulic lock with an arresting starter valve. The traction chains are set in motion by a single chain gear with a movable idle pulley. One end of each chain is fixed to the girder using steady locks, while the movable end may be fixed to a rocker arm fitted with a hole to fix the burden suspension system.
