Universal Roadheading Machine PSU9000
A PSU9000 roadheading machine is a universal machine designed to cut and load the floor or to be used as a loader with lateral eject in deep-mined shafts. It may be instrumental for smashing stones, ground by impact hammer.
The machine is driven by an electric motor which drives a hydraulic pump powering the individual appliances (fluid traveling motors and direct shovel fluid motors). The machine is available with a standard or reinforced BVP-design underbody. The shovel may be of a roadheading or loading type with side eject.
The maschine may be invested with hydraulic hammer instead the shovel.
The PSU9000 may be used in environments involving hazards of methane and coal dust explosion up to the degree SNM2 according to § 232 of the Decree of the Czech Mining Office no. 22/1989 Coll., as amended. According to the Government Order No. GO 23/2003 (Directive of the European Parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) the equipment is ranked within the group I., category M2 and meets all requirements of GO 176/2008 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
