Mining diesel manipulator ŠA-MAN-D.1E
The mine diesel manipulator ŠA-MAN-D.1E is a traction vehicle designed for transport of train sets along a monorail I 155-profile suspension line in a horizontal plane and slants up to 25º. Dragging of the train in some another way is allowed only under technological process, made by the organization, and under the condition that manipulator will not be overloaded.
The mine diesel manipulator ŠA-MAN-D.1E may be employed as hydraulic aggregate of voltage source for small mechanization and drilling devices, for example during anchoring. The facility ŠA-MAN-D.1E can be connected to a hydraulic hoisting unit. It can work at any place of monkey of the monorail suspension line on condition of observing the terms of safety rules.
The mining diesel manipulator may be employed in environments involving hazards of methane or coal dust explosion up to SNM 2 degree as specified by § 232 of the Directive of the Czech Mining Office Notice No. 22/1989, as amended. The facility is ranked within the group I, category M2 as specified by the Governmental Order No. GO 23/2003 (Directives of the European parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC). The locomotive possess qualifications GO 176/2008 (Directive of the European parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
