Electro-hydraulic manipulator ŠA-MAN-01

The ŠA-MAN-01-type electro-hydraulic manipulator is a traction vehicle designed for auxiliary handling of rail sets along a monorail I 155-profile suspension line in a horizontal plane and slants up to 25°.

The system is primarily designed to be used in working faces and transit centres of deep-mined shafts. The structure consists of a electro-hydraulic drive with slow-running fluid engines and a hydraulic unit. The hydraulic unit is driven by an flameproof electric motor. The supply cable is suspended on a steel rope hanging on storing brackets and, when in operation, it is dragged behind the machine. The hydraulic unit may power its own manipulator, hoist, facility for drilling bolt holes or other minor mechanization instruments.

The electro-hydraulic manipulator may be used in environments involving hazards of methane and coal dust explosion up to the degree SNM2 according to § 232 of the Decree of the Czech Mining Office no. 22/1989 Coll., as amended. According to the Government Order No. GO 23/2003 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) the equipment is ranked within the group I., category M2 and meets all requirements of GO 176/2008 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
