Suspension line MPD24F
The suspension line is designed for transport of material and persons in mining shafts of the minimum profile of 8m2 with max. slant of ±30°.
The mining shaft may be established in any self-bearing original rock or with the use of supports consisting of concrete, shaped bricks, panels or bolts, however, most frequently, with arched steel supports.
The MPD24F suspension line may be used in transport of sets dragged by a traction vehicle with its own drive or using open or endless rope on a winch. The drive machinery must be of an approved type. Manual transport is possible up to the slant of 35mm/m. The parameters of all facilities operated on the MPD24F suspension tack must meet those of the present tack.
The suspension track may be used in environments involving hazards of methane and coal dust explosion up to the degree SNM2 according to § 232 of the Decree of the Czech Mining Office no. 22/1989 Coll., as amended. According to the Government Order No. GO 23/2003 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 94/9/EC) the equipment is ranked within the group I., category M2 and meets all requirements of GO 176/2008 (Directive of European Parliament and Council EU 2006/42/EC).
The suspension track is assembled in a modular way from the individual structural units:
a) Track – direct, addition variable, peak, shaft sinking and horizontal sections
b) Stop blocks – manual, pneumatic, loco, electric, end and handling stop blocks
c) Switches – manual, loco, electric switches
d) Suspension bolts, suspensions, bracing – suspension bolts, track suspensions, bar bracing, chain bracing
e) Connecting rods
f) Bearing carriages
g) Chain carriers – discharge
h) Heavy burden transport set
