Karlička (as everyone at work affectionately calls her) has been with Ferrit since 1995 and is a key figure in our operations – under her leadership, the warehouse runs like a perfectly coordinated system. She might not reach the top shelf without a step ladder, but when it comes to managing the warehouse, she’s truly impossible to overlook. Her energy, insight, and natural authority make her a standout leader who keeps everything under control.
But Karlička is not only a logistics expert – she’s also the heart of the team. She tackles challenges with calm and composure, all while keeping a smile on her face. Her approach inspires others and helps create a friendly yet high-performing work environment.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mother to daughters Alena and Pavla and a loving grandmother. Her daughter Alena is also her colleague, recently celebrating 10 wonderful years at Ferrit. Beyond family, Karlička is passionate about nature, mountain hikes, and running – she takes part in several races each year, mostly for joy, movement, and the good feeling it brings. She’s also actively involved in volunteering – along with other colleagues, she regularly visits the Peaceful Retirement Home in Frýdek-Místek.
