The DLZA30F battery-powered locomotive is a traction vehicle designed for the transport of a train set on a suspended monorail track on a horizontal plane and on inclinations up to 20 degrees.
The locomotive consists of several basic components, namely a container with a battery suspended on a TZH4/8F-ZA hydraulic transport device, driving parts suspended by means of carying trolleys, and two drive units. All components are interconnected by connecting rods. Optionally, the locomotive can be equipped with one cabin, two cabins and can also be used in a configuration without cabins.
The battery container may be equipped with a liquid-electrolyte lead cell or a solid-electrolyte lead cell (gel cells). It can also be operated using the REM-CON-** remote control.
The locomotive is manufactured and certified as a Group I device, category M2, and can operate in mines with a risk of gas and coal dust explosions.
