Arch Support Trimmers

The SK1 and ST1 series arch support trimmers are designed to cut various types of steel arch support profiles in sizes up to 34 kg/m. The trimmer consists of a frame placed on rail chassis with 600 – 900 mm gauges (according to customers’ request) and a cutting mechanism. The cutting mechanism is placed at the top plate of the frame and consists of two linear hydraulic motors with a fixed and movable blade. The movable blade travels in side rails  with a profiled hole for insertion of material to be cut.
