The robust two-axle vehicle with an all-metal body is the ideal solution for transporting people and materials over longer distances in a demanding mining environment. The basic version of the vehicle is adapted for driving on unpaved roads, in rough terrain with the possibility of overcoming water obstacles. 

Thanks to its modular design, the DVU offers the possibility of individual modifications and the addition of a wide range of accessories to enhance the functionality of the vehicle according to the customer's specific needs.

Basic description

The platform is designed for transporting material, spare parts, or other technical equipment in underground operations. The surface of the loading area is equipped with an anti-slip pattern. The platform can be upgraded with folding side panels up to 720 mm high. The platform is equipped with two boxes on the sides for storing tools.

NDVU-DEPO02F MOBILE DEPO

Basic description

The module is specially designed as a mobile service station (depo) and also as a means of transport for materials or spare parts needed for the maintenance of machinery and equipment in underground operations. The interior of the platform is divided into a service section (storage boxes, tool holders) and a transport section. The depo is equipped with a pneumatic grease gun with a grease tank, a pneumatic compressor, and a welding machine, which also serves as a source of electricity. All built-in equipment is powered by the machine's hydraulic circuit. The surface of the loading area is equipped with an anti-slip pattern. The platform is equipped with folding side panels with a height of 720 mm.

NDVU-PHM01F FUEL TANK

Basic description

The module is designed for transporting and dispensing fuel (e.g., diesel) in underground mining operations. Thanks to the built-in pumping unit, it allows local refueling directly in the mining area, without the need to return the machines to a central filling station. The pumping hose stored in the winch is equipped with an automatic dispensing nozzle. The tank is equipped with a lockable lid, safety valve, ventilation, filling neck, and level indicator.

Basic description

The module serves as a lifting platform for two people and is designed for performing assembly, inspection, and maintenance work at heights in underground environments. The lifting device consists of a scissor mechanism powered by the vehicle's hydraulic system. Two hydraulically extendable stabilizer supports are used to stabilize the platform.

NDVU-KO02F CABIN FOR TRANSPORTING PEOPLE

Basic description

The module is designed for the safe transport of 8 people in underground mining operations. The cabin is designed with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and resistance to extreme operating conditions (dust, humidity). The sheathing is made of sheet metal parts with thermal and acoustic insulation. Access to the cabin is provided by side doors fitted with transparent safety glass. The entrance thresholds and floor are equipped with a non-slip surface. The cabin is equipped with handrails and handles for a secure grip.
